Thanks Dan and Kelly for throwing a killer Christmas party. The sweaters were a delight. And thanks Mom for letting me borrow the Conard Hockey Mom sweatshirt cardigan.
Okay, lots of photos. I think I drove about 160 miles between Rocky Hill and West Hartford in three days. Photos from Kelly and Dan's Party as soon as Marge is reunited with her camera cable.
Dinner at the Fredericks, Stella was hanging with us while the Roesch's are on vacation, presents, family photos, a Whalers Christmas, and John Siegrist's pellet stove.
My company holiday party was at an old social club in town last night. It has it's own bowling lanes among other things. And I just learned how to play around with imovie.
Maegen and I sent these out a few years ago, thought it might be fun to post here. Also, I wanted everyone at Kelly and Dan's party Saturday night to know we rocked the sweaters years ago.
After a long and stressful search, we finally found a house!! We are so excited. The offer was accepted last week...we signed some papers at the sellers dining room table. We signed some more papers with the mortgage guy yesterday. I've been told that we have even more papers to sign at the closing next month. So, it isn't officially ours yet, but as long as everything goes smoothly, it will be ours on Jan. 25th. Woo-Hoo!!!
Stella came over Saturday night to watch Ratatouille, what a great movie. Do yourself a favor... buy some red wine, good bread, and some great cheese and make a night of it.
(Left to Right): Ulf Samuelson, Jay, Kevin Dineen, Michael. Thanks Paul for scanning this one in from the archives.
Maegen has been working on her final (as in last thing before her thesis) paper. She is not enjoying it at all.
The opening to Marin's first solo art exhibit was last night at Pursuit. He killed it. We bought the little bird on pink paper, a little Horikawa of our own.
